Fair Use Should be Considered Before Sending DMCA

The ND Cal recently held that a copyright owner should consider the alleged infringer's fair use defenses before sending a DMCA take-down notice. Case is Lenz v. Universal. I posted a copy of the decision here: http://www.keepandshare.com/doc/view.php?id=1282333&da=y

Hey there! You have such a very interesting and informative page. I am so glad to visit your page and get some additional knowledge from your site. I will be looking forward to visit your page again and for your other posts as well. Keep on writing stuff like this. Thank you so much for sharing some information about lawyers.
In England, only solicitors were traditionally in direct contact with the client.[37] The solicitor retained a barrister if one was necessary and acted as an intermediary between the barrister and the client.[38] In most cases a barrister would be obliged, under what is known as the "cab rank rule", to accept instructions for a case in an area in which they held themselves out as practising, at a court at which they normally appeared and at their usual rates.
Millions of people are injured every year due to a wide variety of causes. Whether it was a car accident, negligence or medical malpractice, the attorneys at the Danvers Law Offices are here to serve and protect clients in and around Middleton, Massachusetts. We will make sure that those who are responsible are held accountable.
